Cervelo ZHT-5 / ZFS-5 to FSA ICR / ACR internal routing adapter

Why do you want it?

You have a Cervelo ZHT-5 or ZFS-5 mountain bike and want to use an FSA ICR / ACR-compatible integrated bar stem or stem to hide a few cables.

You can make the bike fit with a spacer under the stem you plan on using.

The +5mm version can only hide 2 cables or fully-housed hoses. The +10mm can hide up to 4, but this is a tight fit.

What is it?

This replacement headset cover fits the Cervelo split ring has shown in the photos (split ring NOT included) and is a direct replacement for the stock headset cover.

There are two versions of this Part. 

• +10mm, replicates the stock headset cover + a 10mm spacer
• +5mm, replicated the stock headset cover + a 5mm spacer

The additional space is required to make room inside the spacer for hoses and cables to bend.

How is it Made?

These parts are printed in the USA on Commercial Grade HP Multi-Jet Fusion machines. Parts, like these, designed to hold preload are made using PA12GB. While this material costs over 2x more than traditional PA12 Nylon, the addition of the glass increases its strength under compression by 80% and in this application, eliminates creep. Given that SLS and MJF printed nylons are only 60%-70% of the density of the high-pressure injection-molded parts made by OEMs, this assures OEM level performance.

This part must be properly installed and the headset preloaded to manufacturer specifications.

Stems, bikes, Headset Split Ring, etc. not included.

Part is guaranteed to fit. If not, you will either be eligible for refund or remakes until this part fits.
