Why do you want it?

Made to fit the popular Kalloy Uno 7050 family of stems to FSA ACR and SMR split spacers, these adapters are also designed to pass hydraulic brake nuts for easy maintenance. These are made only for use with electronic drive trains using hydraulic brakes.

What is it?

This product is a family of stem adapters 3D printed using HP's Nylon 12 with 40% glass bead fill for compression strength and dimensional stability. These are made for the popular Kalloy Uno 7050 family of stems. The variations are as follows:

- -7 degree Kalloy Uno 7050 stem, 6mm of stack height
- -17 degree Kalloy Uno 7050 stem, 6mm of stack height

FSA ACR split spacers can be utilized with this system. Please note that these are not included.

How is it Made?

These parts are printed in the USA on Commercial Grade HP Multi-Jet Fusion machines. Parts, like these, designed to hold preload are made using PA12GB. While this material costs over 2x more than traditional PA12 Nylon, the addition of the glass increases its strength under compression by 80% and in this application, eliminates creep. Given that SLS and MJF printed nylons are only 60%-70% of the density of the high-pressure injection-molded parts made by OEMs, this assures OEM level performance.
