You are seeking a solution to use Enve InRoute stems on an IS42 or IS41 bike. This part replaces the stock headset cover. 

What is it?

This product is a replacement headset cover designed for use with Enve InRoute spacers. If you are using a fork with a D-shaped or otherwise shaped steerer, this product may be used to enable fully internal routing while managing hose bend diameter. Please contact us before purchasing for this use.

This headset cover can use microshims to ensure correct fitment and is designed to have ~10mm of stack as measured from the frame.

How is it Made?

These parts are printed in the USA on Commercial Grade HP Multi-Jet Fusion machines. Parts designed to hold preload are made using PA12GB. While this material costs over 2x more than traditional PA12 Nylon, the addition of the glass increases its strength under compression by 80% and, in this application, eliminates creep. Given that SLS and MJF printed nylons are only 60%-70% of the density of the high-pressure injection-molded parts made by OEMs, this assures OEM-level performance.

This part must be properly installed and the headset preloaded to the manufacturer's specifications.

Stems, bikes, Headset Split Ring, etc., not included unless otherwise specified.
