Transition Spacers / Adapters | Tavelo Avro to FSA ACR

Why do you want it?

If you operate an electronic shifting and hydraulic brake system bike and are looking for adapters to use the Tavelo Avro handlebar with the FSA ACR dust cap and split spacers.

These adapters / transition spacers are designed to pass hydraulic hose nuts or the ends of hydraulic quick-connects to make maintenance easier. This product only fits 1 1/8 steerers and does not work with 1 1/4.

What is it?

This product is part of a family of stem adapters 3D printed using HP's Nylon 12 with 40% glass bead fill for compression strength and dimensional stability. The specification  for this angled spacer is as follows:

• 2mm stack in the front
• 10mm stack in the rear

FSA ACR split spacers and Tavelo can be utilized with this product. Please note that these are not included.

How is it Made?

These parts are printed in the USA on Commercial Grade HP Multi-Jet Fusion machines. Parts, like these, designed to hold preload are made using PA12GB. While this material costs over 2x more than traditional PA12 Nylon, the addition of the glass increases its strength under compression by 80% and in this application, eliminates creep. Given that SLS and MJF printed nylons are only 60%-70% of the density of the high-pressure injection-molded parts made by OEMs, this assures OEM level performance.
