Why do you want it?

You are seeking a lower-stack solution that will clean up the internal cable routing on your Cervelo road or gravel bike and allow you to use other stems. 

You want to use an FSA / Vision, Enve In-Route, Specialized Tarmac SL7, Kalloy Uno, or other stem on your Cervelo while keeping the cables inside. You are comfortable running the C-shaped steerer inside a round stem (e.g., like Jumbo Visma). 

AProto Bike is NOT responsible for any issues or failures that may occur from running this setup. You are responsible for checking for the latest information from Cervelo, and their advice supersedes mine.

This part is only compatible with electronic drivetrains.

What is it?

There are three versions of this Part:

  1. FSA / Vision ACR version allows you to use FSA ACR split spacers or transition spacers for the FSA / Vision ACR system with the Cervelo bikes. This part has a height as measured from the frame of ~5mm.
  2. Enve: ST312 version is designed only for use with the Enve In-Route system and is shaped to work with the SR-312 compression ring used on the 2022-2025 R5 and prior to 2025 Aspero-5. This part has a height as measured from the frame of ~10mm.
  3. Enve: STA version is designed only for use with the Enve In-Route system and is shaped to work with the SR-STA compression ring used on the Soloist, 2024+ Aspero,  2026+ Aspero 5, and  2026+ R5. This part has a height as measured from the frame of ~5mm.

How is it Made?

These parts are printed in the USA on Commercial Grade HP Multi-Jet Fusion machines. Parts, like these, designed to hold preload are made using PA12GB. While this material costs over 2x more than traditional PA12 Nylon, the addition of the glass increases its strength under compression by 80% and in this application, eliminates creep. Given that SLS and MJF printed nylons are only 60%-70% of the density of the high-pressure injection-molded parts made by OEMs, this assures OEM level performance.

This part must be properly installed and the headset preloaded to manufacturer specifications.

Stems, bikes, Headset Split Ring, etc. not included.
